Christmas 2010 - New Bike

Pebbles got a new bike for Christmas 2010!

Father Christmas at Chessington Garden Centre

Pebbles went to Chessington Garden Centre to see Father Christmas this year! They had a very good display!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls - your appreciation please for SHEPHERD ONE!

Pebbles did very well with her acting and her line - 'I'm Freezing' - delivered with gusto - and over the voice of the narrator! She also got to hold the collection basket at the end.

Wasp Alert! Wasp Alert! Wasp Alert!

We had a wasps nest in the loft, and every venture up there meant battling a few beasts, grabbing stuff then getting out QUICK. Dad decided it was time to remove, and being December most of the wasps were dead. But he didn't take any risks...!

Dead crow at Tolworth

This was the dead crow we think crashed in to Tolworth Tower. It led to that famous, oft told tale between Pebbles and Dad:

Once upon a time there was a crow, and he was dead. Sad end.

Dover Castle

Our trip to Dover was wet and windy but being Halloween they had some weird characters around, hiding in tunnels and dressed as ghosts! After the castle we visited the old Hoverport, unfortunately now closed. Only remnant except for the pad and slipway is the propeller statue in front of where the old terminal building used to be.

One of the little tunnels - in these were the strange characters dressed up. This one was looking for 'Richard'. So we went round the castle asking 'Where's Richard?'.

Magnetic Cat

Only having 2 cats, we decided to make another out of the magnet game things....

Farnham Castle - Big Day Out

We had a big day out to Farnham Castle. Pebbles had a good run! We also had a good drive around Surrey for the days, stopping off at some posh towns (place names un-remembered)!

Joy's Bowling Party

Pebbles went to Joy's party at Charrington Bowl - and Pebbles won the game!! In this picture, Pebbles and her friend Abbie are doing snow angels on the lane.

New Pet Addition - Dazzle

Finally fed up with the current cat (Flash - AKA Dad's Cat) giving Dad all the attention, we decided we needed a boy cat - so welcome to DAZZLE. Dad for some reason thought he could be Russian - so he is also known as Lazlow.

We were on our way out for the day when I turned around and Pebbles had acquired some new make-up!

We had a day out in Yarmouth, went on the Pier, saw the Ferry Boat and Life Boat - Pebbles likes boats!

Isle of Wight - Pebbles in her corner

Every holiday when we put the bed away, Pebbles has to go into her 'corner' to be hidden under all the quilt, sheets, pillows etc...

Isle of Wight - Holiday 2010

We went on holiday to the Isle of Wight in 2010. We stayed at Chine Farm campsite on the South of the Island, near to Ventnor. Nice site, not too many facilities (which was fine by us!) but being on a cliff top was very windy! Also next to a derelict 'Butlins' style holiday camp which was weird to walk around.
